in Hiragana: “こころをもやせ”
in Romaji: “Kokoro o moyase”
Meaning: “Set Your Heart Ablaze”
The situation in which the line was spoken
This line was said by Rengoku during the battle between Rengoku and Akaza. Akaza was so strong that Rengoku was fighting with a battered and bruised body. But Rengoku never gave up and said this line to inspire himself to defeat Akaza.

This is the direct object particle, indicating that “心” is the direct object of the verb “燃やせ.” It can be translated as “set your heart” in this context.
